My Story

Fitness has always been a part of my life, but I never imagined how much it would eventually change me.

I grew up naturally very small. For years, I was the girl who struggled to put on weight and didn't have the body I have today. At one point in my adult life, I weighed as little as 90 pounds.

But my transformation became about so much more than gaining weight or building my glutes.

There were seasons of my life when things around me felt heavy. Times when I felt overwhelmed, isolated, emotional, or like certain things were simply outside of my control.

The gym became the one place where I could put all of that down.

I could walk through those doors, put my headphones on, and focus on me.

One rep. One set. One decision at a time.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't only building my body.

I was building confidence.

I was learning discipline.

I was discovering my own strength.

Fitness became my mental clarity. My outlet. My home.

As my body began to change, so did the woman looking back at me in the mirror. I became stronger. I carried myself differently. I trusted myself more. I learned what my body was capable of when I actually fueled it, challenged it, and stayed consistent.

People started noticing the physical transformation.

But what they couldn't always see was everything that had changed on the inside.

And that is why I created Bodied by A.

I wanted to create the kind of coaching experience that reminds women that their transformation doesn't have to stop at their appearance.

Yes, we're going to build your body.

We're going to grow muscle. Get stronger. Create shape. Work toward the physique you've been imagining.

But I also want you to walk into a gym without feeling intimidated.

I want you to understand what you're doing and why you're doing it.

I want you to learn how to show up for yourself even on the days when motivation isn't there.

I want you to look at yourself differently because you know what it took to become her.

Because being "bodied" has never just meant having a certain body to me.

It's becoming a woman who keeps promises to herself.

A woman who knows she is capable.

A woman who walks differently because she worked for the confidence she carries.

A woman who is strong on the outside — and even stronger within.

That's what we're building here.

Welcome to Bodied by A.

Confidence. Discipline. Strength.
